When you decline a game in Arbiter, it automatically creates a block on your schedule — this is normal system behavior.
Key Clarification:

That block is ONLY visible to the assigner who gave you the game
It does NOT block you for other assigners

Only OKConf (Group 103688) sees that block
You still appear available to all other assigners

MHSAA assignments will override regular season games
